Everyone apologizes for being assholes about Rio being pushy when they forced her to be the leader in the first place, and in turn Rio apologizes for talking down on them for their romantic interests. "It's tough being in love". This naturally explodes the team into girly gossiping, but eh!! It's a bonding moment.

Rio's distant and uncertain... the team encourages her to confess to Kenji. Nothing ventured, etc. It's your decision. With a bit of a moment to reflect and realize that knowing she's going to be hurt isn't much better than being stuck in her unresolved feelings, and with some encouragement from us and from the team, she gets up the drive to go talk to Kenji. ...The actual confession doesn't seem to go super well, but Rio seemed cheered up by the fact that everyone was backing her up and that Kenji said he liked her as much as ramen (nerds, both of them).

Rio's perked back up! The whole team, too, is a lot more IN on playing. Everyone realizing that Rio's just a teen girl like everyone else helped a ton... even if Rio credits us with bringing the team together, it really is that everyone got onto the same page, finally.
